Says Marjorie Bard Has a "Fake Page" and BANS Her!

WHY?

I have had one name and photo since I joined FB in 2013. A recent post on my Timeline is the "60 Minutes" segment of me with Lesley Stahl titled "Lost in Bel Air." I am highly visible, discussing with Lesley how the undetectable homeless women I work with have strategies for living in upscale neighborhoods in much the same manner as they did when they had homes in Beverly Hills, Malibu, etc. -- and all over the U.S. It is very obvious I am the same person as my FB photo. On my Timeline, I have references to my books and a film made from one of them. Did FB staff even LOOK at my Home Page? To believe Matt Berdyck without checking his notorious reputation for libel, baiting. bullying, warnings of job loss, and life threats by e.g., gun, battering, or drowning is irresponsible and alarming. 

Matt and his boyfriend, Alex Hwang (ex-Google engineer, now working for FB), have been deleting 32+ of my academic journal articles from Google Search listings and now there are none. (I want them returned, Alex/Matt!) It is also obvious that Google's algorithms are being manipulated from the positioning of Matt's blogs. A small obscure site which requires a sign-in began its life on Google Search from nowhere to my first page in a few hours. The only way Matt could know of that site was to hack into my emails and saved docs. Matt has bragged he can "buy, sell, and ruin anyone he wants to now that he is a millionaire with contacts everywhere" (Alex's money). "Someone" at Microsoft helps them by leaving box messages that the saved documents have been deleted due to being invalid/improper material. Only Matt's docs are being removed! One was his Gallery of Mass Shooters which most of Matt's victims have read. Matt lionized them, stating he is "a prime candidate for becoming a mass shooter due to PTSD and being easily triggered." I knew that admission was important and screencapped the emails he sent to journalist Diane Dimond and me and sent hard copies to a CA official. 

Matt wrote on the Google+HelpForum (last year) he would be "hiring people to create videos and nasty articles about me until I die, and then my legacy will be only his blogs and videos about how I have been impersonating a dead woman or being monitored by the Dept. of Defense as a Domestic Terrorist -- and am responsible for ruining his careers." (The actual blogs he writes are so obscene, I cannot repeat them here, but everyone who knows Matt Berdyck, realizes this is his M.O. -- verified by his criminal, family court, and civil records in OH and WV. He was sentenced to jail in WV for harassing and stalking a women he hates, finally breaking into her home with the intent to harm her, lying to the 911 operator that there was no Emergency DV Protective Order against him. Those court records were on the web long before I knew of Matt's existence in May of 2013. Matt continues to blog I have been paid by Monsanto and GE to spy on him to ruin his projects. I am also the leader of a national crime ring about to be arrested under RICO laws and will spend the rest of my life in prison! In fact, he insists I follow him to every city he goes to and "gathers the locals to destroy his findings and reputation." (That's almost funny since he blocked me from his 60+ aliases/pages in 2013 and I haven't gone anywhere in the years since he destroyed my nonprofit org by claiming I stole the EIN# from someone else's nonprofit -- and as a fraud, I've been soliciting money for myself. Matt contacted my Hollywood sponsors and told them lies about me. He destroyed my reputation and a needed unique nonprofit org.)

Matt had just been banned from the LinkedIn Film and Television Professionals Group for threatening the life of the Group owner -- and drifted into my Homelessness and Housing Professionals Group on May 5th of 2013. Immediately, he began to intimidate every member as he begged us to buy his YouTube because he was indigent and homeless. When no one made a purchase, Matt called us selfish and lashed-out at me in particular due to the Ph.D. after my name. He said "Don't tell me how to live my life just because you have a Ph.D." I was the only person who offered to help him -- by stating I could contact a Hollywood legend who might find a distributor for his YouTube. (What did a Ph.D. have to do with anything?) But for that, I have endured 4 years of libel, vulgar emails, vicious warnings, and life threats.

Matt continues to insist I am the "connection" to all of his failures, including a Royal Examiner newspaper editor who wrote about Matt's emails to a VA builder, leading to Matt being "run out of town." I was probably the last person to read that news article. There were comments by Matt's other victims. But I am "out of the loop" as blocked, so had no idea he was living near Front Royal. He says I have contacted all of his family, friends, and business associates. I haven't; I don't know who they would be -- if any at all. And I don't know his arch enemy, either -- a successful filmmaker in OH whom Matt always adds to mine as his "two violent predator stalkers." I have responded to Matt's libel with blogs denying his lies, but that's all. I believe I have that right. He began this "war" as he calls it -- and uses those words every time he encounters a new victim: "You want a war? You've got one. You'd better walk away now and take down everything you've ever written about me...or you'll lose everything." (Without Alex's money, which he brags about, Matt would not be driving a BMW and Land Rover and traveling the country eating his famous $300 steaks. Read his Reddit comments (mostly aliases -- from about 2009- 2012/13 where he discussed his life on the streets.)

If you are one of his new fans of the org he founded which purports to be the only/best environmental firm (he stalks Erin Brockovich as just a money-hungry woman who steals his work), beware! There are no scientists working with him; it's Alex and Matt, taking donations for Matt's continuous travel expenses as he copies EPA results and takes photos of known toxic sites. He stated he "was off to Flint to get to the bottom of the water crisis and fix it." (He wasn't appreciated and didn't stay long!) He also takes credit for "stopping NY's toxicity" and other EPA problems. If you don't believe me, just type in Wikipedia with Matt's name and read their evaluation of Matt's "fame." He argued with the admins until they told him to stop vandalizing their site and never contact them again. I guess the topper is Matt gave them the video he altered of my IP and Header, telling Wikipedia his failures are all my fault as a Domestic Terrorist!

CYBER BULLIES

I have just had a complete stranger threaten to destroy me and my career, in abusive and threatening language. I had the effrontery to moderate his comments, which had been flagged by other users.

I have removed this person and hope to never have to deal with this experience again.It was sufficiently unsettling that I considered leaving the forum I created.Please do let me know if any of you are having this kind of experience. It is violating and unpleasant, and I will do whatever I can to remove offenders.Cyber bullies are not welcome here. Period.

(To Adam:) I suspect I know the person you are talking about. He turned on me and others as well. Just so you know I still have the emails he sent me if you need them. He did not take it to the next level of making physical threats with me. He did so with others, including threatening to kill a couple of the members of the discussion. The person who took the brunt of it left Linked In completely. If he has done the same to you, yes definitely go to the police. I am not a medical professional, but his mental status does concern me.

It seems, following a private communication with a member that I was not the first person to experience this hateful figure. I will keep this discussion prominent so that others, should they have been so attacked, can come forward safely, and that we can protect each other.

(To Adam:) I was part of the discussion. There was no ambiguity about some of the threats. This person threatened several with physical bodily harm. With me, he just threatened to use my image in his movie and name me as a cyber bully. All I did to get his attention was to suggest to the person he was physically threatening to notify the police and owners of the other networking site where he was being stalked.

This person turned on anyone who asked him to stop being abusive. He labeled them cyber bullies even though he was the one who was making the threats.

(To Adam:) I was economically destroyed by a Bully: I quit the job I worked where she was my boss to work at a better job. I could no longer take the abuse. Five years was enough. I received a promotion at the next Job. She found out about it and was furious. But she found a way to defame me to my employees at a seminar...and the information was taken back to my boss at the new job. He demoted me and then I was fired. After that I went to film school. But I lost everything....I found out she had done it from a friend of mine when I directed my first film a year after the fact....The old boss was laughing and bragging about how she destroyed me to her co-workers....I still haven't been able to recover from it. After leaving the new job, a year later I found that everyone from the boss on down was fired and replaced with new people.

So, how exactly can you forgive this kind of thing? It's irrelevant that the Bully (As an archetype (?)  is in pain. They don't feel pain, only pleasure, by making other people suffer. In my experience, anyone who recommends embracing forgiveness and compassion in place of a pound of flesh has never suffered this kind of loss...ever....I just want my life back.

This discussion happened in the same time frame as Matthew Berdyck was being banned from my participation in a "Housing Professionals Discussing Homelessness" group: May 2013. I discovered this F&TVP content by accident as I moved to another of my LinkedIn groups. It was obvious from the over 150 comments that Matthew was known as a personal and internet abuser, usually from a "film" or "editing" group reputation going back to 2009-10. (Note that the exact same accusations and warnings made to me are used by Matt in this F&TVP discussion. It is his M.O.)

From what I have discovered on the web, Matthew Berdyck has entered many Google, Facebook, Reddit, etc. sites, introducing himself (sometimes by actual name, but often as a "no photo and alias") as a "legally disabled, famous filmmaker known and respected by major Hollywood producers/directors/rock stars -- who knows more important people than anyone." He has now taken on the ID of being the most famous environmentalist -- more so than Erin Brockovich -- who Matt insists has stolen his work. It is of no importance to Matt that when Erin was working on the poisoned water disaster in Hinkley, CA, Matt was in court and/or jail in OH and/or WV. He certainly wasn't (and still isn't!) friends with Emmy winners or rock stars as he always portrays his life. But Matt's facts are never consistent nor contain any truths at all. His bio changes often -- which now includes being a millionaire! He readily admits Alex Hwang is funding his entire life, but he warns all group members he can buy and sell them since he "has Alex, his money, and ability to use Google employees to help him ruin lives." (There are many screencaps of Matt boasting what he and Alex can do to destroy people and their careers.)

When Matt arrived in "Hollywood," he was indigent and homeless, complaining about his life situation in all groups. He found a real film-making adversary in an editing group and is still telling lies about him -- because the man is a successful filmmaker/collage teacher. Matt is jealous of anyone who has found success -- and Matt has failed in every field he has attempted "fame." (The film he raves about is a YouTube about his own homelessness, the camera showing his feet walking city streets and hiking for miles from Portland, OR to Los Angeles, CA -- all the while breathlessly talking to himself about how life isn't "fair"). No one is ever making fun of his (alleged) disability, but he repeatedly has said he can't walk properly due to dystonia in a foot. His YouTube reveals that isn't true, for he hiked for about 2 months...and his camera didn't show any disability. He even ran with full bags, camera equipment, and bedroll!

Matt focuses on trashing everyone's reputation -- as he did to mine by blaming me for destroying his YouTube of him being an undeniable "homeless advocate." How I could do that when I didn't know him then? He calls me a cyber bully when I had never written a blog, but only had my books, 10-year e-doc, and academic articles listed on Search Engines. Further, Matt insists I personally gathered Akron residents to force them to destroy his 2nd YouTube -- but I have never been in OH nor do I know anyone there. He insists I have private FB pages where I mastermind all of his failures -- and get paid by Monsanto as their spy to ruin his projects! Matt told his boyfriend Alex (ex Google programmer/engineer) now working for FB), to ban anything I write. I haven't for well over a year. So, to make it seem as if I can use FB, he and/or Alex Hwang (PikaPika) pasted a comment on my FB page which I did not write there! And then Alex banned me again. Matt keeps adding comments to my old ones --as in a discussion with a friend which has nothing to do with him. (I screencapped his comment "in your Alzheimer's wriddled mind you do" during a personal chat with a friend about Boston.) He follows me around the web, adding lies about me wherever he finds me. SO obvious as a jealous narcissist who has to demean anyone who has the success he desperately wants. The most pathetic attempt? Nominating himself with a sockpuppet as "a notable filmmaker" for inclusion in Wikipedia. And then he threatened the administrators for not believing he was being bullied and thus is not responsible for failing. They told him never to contact them again about being included in W., but the next year he was back -- with the same sockpuppet -- trying to convince W. that he is the most famous environmentalist in the U.S. (and Erin Brockovich steals his material).

He made a video of my email, removed the IP and Header and falsified it with that of the DOD -- telling the world I am being monitoried as a Domestic Terrorist. (It's a felony to tamper with internet communications!) Wikipedia noticed that lie immediately and did a "speedy deletion," warning Matt not to ever apply again.

WORSE: ALEX HWANG HAS DELETED ALL OF MY ACADEMIC WORK (JOURNAL ARTICLES, CITATIONS, AND AWARDS) LISTED ON GOOGLE SEARCH. THE LINKS ARE BROKEN SO THEY CAN'T BE RESTORED. ONLY A PAST OR PRESENT GOOGLE EMPLOYEE CAN DO THAT -- SAY ALL WHO CANNOT HELP ME. THAT IS BOTH A CIVIL AND CRIMINAL OFFENSE. ALEX HWANG BELONGS IN COURT FOR DAMAGES TO MY ABILITY TO SELL BOOKS AND ATTEND CONFERENCES WHERE I COULD CREATE INCOME. (I am scheduled for a TV appearance to discuss stalkers -- and there will be a court case and a new book release titled "The Diary of a Demonic Stalker." (Fiction, of course.)

Next: PART 2b: Lawyer Jacquelynn Remery-Pearson's Cease and Desist letter which threatens me with court action and punative damages for Matt's professional businesses if I dare to respond to any of his libel regarding my nonprofit organization and defamation of my character. (Matt was living in a cheap hostel "after the streets," had no businesses at all, and brags he obtained legal services for free due to being protected as legally disabled and not being able to work!) Interesting material....
